Here I've answered some of the common questions couples have about their wedding photography. If you do have any further questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch, I am always happy to chat through any details you might need to know.

 

Who owns the rights to the photos?

I retain the rights to my photography work. Of course, they are yours for life to share, print and enjoy! It just means you can’t sell them for any kind of commercial purpose.

When can we see our photos?

I always like to provide a few sneak peek images within the week of a shoot – it’s too exciting not to! For a wedding gallery, please anticipate 4-6 weeks for your complete set of images. For a lifestyle shoot, please anticipate 3-4 weeks for your complete set of images. 

HOw Many Photos cAN we expect?

This depends slightly on the package you choose, but you can expect between 400-700 edited and print-ready images.

How does payment work?

There is a non-refundable 20% deposit required to confirm your wedding photography booking (along with a signed agreement document which I will provide). Once the deposit is paid, the date is yours! I will no longer make it available to other couples. The remainder of the payment is due 30 days before the wedding date.        

Do you travel for weddings?

Absolutely! I love to travel and destination weddings can be a lot of fun to photograph. If your wedding is based out of the Wellington region we can discuss an allowance for travel and accommodation.

Do you use a second photographer?

If you would like extra coverage that one photographer simply can’t capture (e.g. both groom and bride getting ready shots), then a second photographer can be a great idea. I am happy to arrange this as part of your package, so let’s chat.
